Read from the timestamp NocoDB writes on every row. A run that changed nothing leaves no trace, so it cannot be shown. Counts marked approx shrink once a later workflow touches the same company. A workflow is flagged late after 24 hours and stuck after 72 hours — but only when its switch is on and work is actually waiting. Backlog figures cover the whole dataset and are not narrowed by the cohort filters, so they always match the health badge. Click a backlog figure to see exactly what is waiting.
